Sam Leung is an experienced Senior Legal Counsel with a strong background in the insurance industry. They managed legal claims at Intact from 2014 to 2020 and have a proven track record in Insurance Law, Construction litigation, and Property & Casualty Insurance. Sam has been successful in various court levels in Alberta and has been called to the B.C. Bar.
