Shauna Lynk

Shauna Lynk is an experienced professional in the field of claims management, currently serving as the Director of Large Commercial Property Claims at Intact since June 2021. Previously, Shauna held the position of National Claims Director for Global Specialty Lines at RSA from June 2013 to June 2021, where accountability for managing large and complex claims across various business lines was a primary focus. Shauna's earlier roles include AVP and National Director of Field Claims at Travelers/St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, and Assistant Vice President Claims for the Western Region at St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company, where leadership in regional operations and vendor performance management was emphasized. Shauna began a career in claims as an Assistant Claims Manager at RSA in 1999. Education includes a B.A. (Hons) in Linguistics and Modern Languages from McMaster University, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
