Simon David is a Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant and Business Analyst with over 18 years of experience in information technology. Simon has worked on diverse enterprise software and e-commerce projects, employing both Agile and waterfall methodologies. Their expertise spans various QA phases, including integration, system, automated, regression, and user acceptance testing, as well as process improvement using multiple QA tools. Simon's educational background includes degrees in Computer Engineering from both The University of British Columbia and Université Laval, along with ongoing studies in Project Management at HEC Montréal. Currently, Simon is engaged as a Senior QA Analyst in a data protection project at Intact.
