Stephan Goulet is currently the Data Science Tech Lead at Intact Data Lab, where they support the end-to-end delivery of machine learning projects and provide technical oversight on speech analytics initiatives. Previously, they served as a Data Scientist at Ericsson, leading a small team and focusing on time series analysis and classification for mobile networks. Between 2004 and 2009, they were the Software Team Lead at Paraxip Technologies, where they developed machine-learning algorithms for call progress analysis. Stephan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke and a Master's degree in Applied Science from Polytechnique Montréal.
