Stephanie Phillips

Stephanie Phillips has extensive experience in enterprise architecture, currently serving as an Enterprise Architect at Intact since June 2021, focusing on Future State Architecture and the practice's integration. Prior to Intact, Stephanie held a similar role at RSA Canada from August 2015 to June 2021, where responsibilities included leading the Guidewire ClaimCenter implementation. Stephanie's career began at Wellington Insurance Company as a Business Analyst, advancing through positions such as Senior Systems Analyst at Central Guaranty Trust and Contract Systems Analyst at Paxus, culminating in a long tenure at Aviva Canada from 1992 to 2015. During that time, Stephanie transitioned from Senior Project Manager, overseeing significant system conversions, to Enterprise IT Architect. Academically, Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Guelph, a BSc in Biology from the University of New Brunswick, and has completed professional education at The Ivey Academy and obtained the Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Ontario.
