Tara Lessard Webb

Tara Lessard Webb is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance within the insurance sector. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Governance for Global Specialty Lines at Intact since June 2021, Tara leads a team overseeing governance and compliance for a $2 billion portfolio across 23 specialized business lines in Canada. Prior to this role, Tara held various key positions at RSA Canada from January 2014 to June 2021, including Director of the Governance Centre of Excellence and Director of Governance for Personal Insurance. Throughout the career, Tara has been recognized for strategic leadership, including winning the RSA Global Technical Excellence Individual Award in 2018, and actively contributed to the RSA Diversity & Inclusion Council. Tara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bishop's University and advanced studies at Harvard Business School, complemented by professional designations in risk management and insurance.
