Vickey Webber

Vickey Webber is a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Intact, with a career dedicated to enhancing leadership and team development through engaging training programs. Since 2014, they have increased leadership capability by designing and implementing interactive e-learning solutions tailored to organizational goals. Previously, Vickey served as a Learning Consultant at Intact from 2016 to 2019, and a Learning Advisor at BC Liquor Distribution Branch, where they successfully managed training budgets and developed corporate programs. Vickey holds an Instructor Development Certificate from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, both earned with distinction.
