Intake Talent was founded with a clear mission: to help businesses make better hiring decisions and secure the right talent at every level, from entry-level through to C-suite.

We operate as a headhunting and talent consultancy, working closely with organisations to understand not just who they need to hire, but why, when and how that hire fits into their wider business goals. Our focus is on quality, long-term impact and building teams that genuinely support growth.

Every role we support is approached through proactive, targeted headhunting. We map the market, engage directly with passive talent and run bespoke searches aligned to each client’s culture, structure and future plans.

We work across sectors and functions, including engineering, technology, HR, marketing and professional services, supporting businesses across the UK and internationally. This breadth allows us to remain flexible and consultative, adapting our approach to suit each organisation rather than offering a one-size-fits-all solution.

Our partnerships range from individual hires through to longer-term recruitment support, including retained search, Recruitment-as-a-Service and contingency hiring. These models are simply different ways of delivering the same core principle: thoughtful, proactive search aligned to what makes the most sense for the business.

We act as an extension of our clients’ internal teams, offering honest advice, market insight and hands-on delivery. The result is high-performing, diverse teams built with intention, not urgency.

If you are looking for a search-led talent partner who will take the time to truly understand your business and support your growth over the long term, we would love to connect.
