IntakeGenius is a voice and text-based AI intake agent that helps small law firms convert more leads without adding staff or missing a beat. It answers every call 24/7, screens for case fit, and books qualified consults directly into your calendar.

But what sets us apart is what happens after the call.

Through a direct integration with Lawmatics, IntakeGenius automatically creates the contact and matter in your CRM - triggering customized email, text, and document workflows that we help set up for you.

From first contact to signed retainer, the entire client intake process is automated.

No missed calls. No chasing leads. No manual data entry. Just more qualified clients moving smoothly through your funnel.

Built by a practicing attorney who lived the pain of missed leads, IntakeGenius is designed to replace the friction of intake with an experience that’s fast, consistent, and client-friendly.

We help firms:

• Never miss another lead - even after hours
• Respond instantly with empathy and accuracy
• Automate intake, follow-ups, and retainer workflows
• Save staff time and boost client satisfaction
