Nick Adamczyk

As Director of Finance, Nick oversees all financial functions at Intalytics, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax activities, treasury, and shareholder relations. Nick’s 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting is focused on planning and executing strategic initiatives. Nick has a strong focus on strategic planning, budgeting/forecasting, driving profitable growth, and delivering shareholder return. He values how Intalytics conducts business with integrity and unwavering ethical behavior, and is motivated to provide a rewarding environment for employees while striving to deliver the highest value for Intalytics’ customers.

Prior to joining Intalytics, Nick served as the Director of FP&A at Reliable Carriers, Inc., managing financial functions including financial compliance and controls, management reporting, capital investment, cash flow management, budgeting, analysis, tax, and financial systems.

Previously, Nick served as Finance Director at Hempel A/S. As the Americas Finance Director, he provided results-driven, operations-oriented accounting and finance information in an international manufacturing and service environment.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Professional Accountancy from Saginaw Valley State University.

Nick, his wife, Lacey, and two daughters live in the greater Detroit metropolitan area. Nick serves as a Treasurer for a local non-profit, loves playing hockey, and spending time with his family.
