Greg Kloss

Greg Kloss, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Greg began their career as the Regional Director of Admissions for Private Schools from July 2010 to November 2011. Greg then worked as an HR Generalist at Bradford Regional Medical Center within the Upper Allegheny Health System from November 2011 to March 2013. Following that, they joined Olean General Hospital as the Employment/Employee Relations Manager from March 2013 to July 2016. Greg then transitioned to the Upper Allegheny Health System, where they served as the System Director of Physician & Staff Recruitment from August 2016 to May 2018. Greg then advanced to the role of Senior Director of Human Resources within the same organization from May 2018 to September 2022. Currently, Greg holds the position of Chief Administrative Officer at Intandem since September 2022 and is set to become the Chief Operating Officer of the company in November 2023.

Greg Kloss, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Mansfield University of Pennsylvania. Greg has also obtained the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the institution of SHRM.
