Swetha Reddy

Swetha Reddy began their work experience in 2003 as a Team Leader in Operations at Berkadia. Swetha then moved on to Wells Fargo, where they held various roles including Operations Manager and Training Manager from 2007 to 2015. In 2016, they joined Outgrow.co as a Conversions and Boosting Solutions Consultant, where they designed strategies to transform clicks into qualified leads. In the same year, Swetha co-founded Dwarka Moms, a non-profit venture supporting women in their entrepreneurial journey, where they provided growth strategies. In 2017, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Intandemly, where they focused on operational strategy and fostering growth among the executive team and employees. From 2018, Swetha founded SARN Legal, which aimed to work with small and medium-sized startups and provide legal services. In 2019, they co-founded CIG Tribe, a platform for connecting entrepreneurs, and joined DeliverEase Services as a Strategy Partner for Marketing and Ops, where they played a role in designing the marketing strategy and achieving growth.

Swetha Reddy completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from DCMS, Andhra University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General from BVK College from 1998 to 2001. Swetha completed their secondary education, earning an ISC degree from Timpany School between 1990 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Instructional Design from Ruth Clark, though the institution and time of completion are not specified.
