Alex Samani

Alex Samani, FRM, currently serves as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Intapp since February 2024. Prior to this role, Alex held the position of Vice President and Software Engineering Lead in AI/ML at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included developing end-to-end machine learning models for Asset & Wealth Management. Alex's earlier experience includes roles such as Senior Associate at KPMG US, focusing on risk analytics, and Quantitative Analyst at both Laurel Road Bank and NewOak Capital, where expertise in forecasting models and quantitative research was applied. Alex holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Duke University, where earlier research included high-dimensional data analysis and image processing. Additionally, educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology.
