Andrew Thompson is a seasoned design leader with extensive experience in UX/UI and visual design. Currently serving as Design Principal at Intapp since March 2022, Thompson previously held various leadership roles at IBM from March 2014 to March 2022, including UX/UI Design Lead for IBM Quantum and Senior Design Lead for Watson Health, where responsibilities included guiding cross-disciplinary design teams and fostering design community initiatives. Prior experience entails senior design roles at Roundarch-Isobar, freelance consulting, and positions at Motorola, BBG Worldwide, and Kinko's. Thompson holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the Illinois Institute of Art and an Associates degree in Business, Graphic Design from Baker College.
