Beverly Allen

Beverly Allen is the Chief Legal Officer, Chief Compliance and Privacy Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Inovalon, where Beverly oversees legal, compliance, and privacy matters for the company and its subsidiaries. Beverly has extensive experience advising senior management and boards in highly regulated environments and has a background in building high-caliber teams. Previously, Beverly served as Chief Integrity Officer at MedStar Washington Hospital Center and held various roles at Booz Allen Hamilton and the U.S. Department of Education, where Beverly managed large teams and complex legal matters. Beverly holds a Master's Degree from Georgetown University, a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia. Additionally, Beverly is an Independent Public Company Director at Intapp, where Beverly is a member of the Audit Committee and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
