Brian Grube

Brian Grube serves as Senior Counsel and Assistant Secretary at Intapp since December 2021, with a prior role as Senior Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Wells Fargo from November 2016 to December 2021. Previous experience includes positions at Winstead PC as an Associate and at Bank of America as Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary, primarily focusing on corporate governance within the Office of the Chairman. Educational qualifications comprise a JD in Law and an MA in Economics from Duke University, as well as a BA/BM in Economics and Music Education from The College of New Jersey.
