Ibrahim Aqqad

Ibrahim Aqqad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and application management. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Global Support at Intapp since December 2014, Ibrahim Aqqad has progressed through roles including Director and Senior Customer Support Engineer, focusing on supporting customers in the EMEA region. Prior experience includes serving as an Application Support Specialist at Norton Rose Fulbright from December 2010 to December 2014, where responsibilities included supporting both in-house and third-party applications. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Management Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University (2010-2012) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems from Al-Balqa' Applied University BAU (2003-2006).
