Jayne Malhi

Jayne Malhi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and operations management across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Services Operations at Intapp since April 2021, Jayne previously held leadership roles at Box, including Director of Box Consulting Operations. In their tenure at Box, Jayne focused on driving the effectiveness of Professional Services and Customer Success organizations, managing critical KPIs, and overseeing GTM processes. Prior experience includes roles at PwC, where Jayne managed a large team and significant revenue targets, and previous consulting positions at Chaucer Group and Valtech, where project management and client engagement were key responsibilities. Jayne began their career with BT Global Services and holds a first-class honors degree in French from Aston University.
