John O'Connell

John O'Connell is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President, Creative at Intapp since October 2025, O'Connell previously held the position of Executive Creative Director and Managing Director at Hijinx from November 2022 to October 2025. Additionally, O'Connell was a Board Member at NextNW from March 2021 to May 2023. Prior to these roles, O'Connell spent over 17 years at CMD, progressing through various titles including Chief Creative Officer, Executive Creative Director, and Group Creative Director, among others. O'Connell holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Montana and has further education from Richmond American University London.
