Walter Rak

Walter Rak is an experienced in-house counsel currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Intapp, where they draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements for both domestic and international customers. Before this role, they held positions at Transformco as Assistant General Counsel and at Lowe's as Senior Counsel. Walter began their legal career at Sprint Nextel Corporation as Special Counsel. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Studies from Duke University and a JD from UNC Chapel Hill School of Law.
