AI in accountancy only becomes truly valuable when it can work with the full context of the dossier.
That is why, with InTax, we are not building a traditional e-invoicing tool, but an intelligent layer around invoice and payment flows.

InTax brings together e-invoicing, bank follow-up and AI support in one central environment. This gives the accounting firm real-time insight into what has been received, what has been paid, what is still missing and where additional context is required.

The added value is not only in document processing, but especially in reducing time lost due to missing documents, open transactions and additional clarifications. Through specialised AI flows, InTax supports the dossier step by step:

- suggestions for cost accounts and VAT treatment
- analysis and allocation of bank transactions
- detection of missing information
- targeted information requests to the client
- preparation of entries for the accounting software
- identification of fiscal attention points and risks

Entrepreneurs can easily provide documents, explanations or photos via chat, email, upload or smartphone.
The accounting firm always remains in control of the content and decides on the actual processing.

For us, agentic AI in accountancy is not a “black box” that makes decisions on its own. It is a transparent analytical layer that makes dossiers more complete, highlights attention points faster and helps accountants work in a more focused way.
