Laura Herrera

Laura Herrera is the Gerente de Capital Humano at Intcomex, where they oversee communication, organizational climate, and recruitment processes. With a strong background in Human Resources, Laura has previously held leadership roles, including Jefe de Recursos Humanos at Favitro, where they established HR policies and supervised employee welfare activities. They also gained experience as Encargada de Formación y Desarrollo de Personal at Envases Comeca, focusing on employee training and development. Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Licenciatura in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources from the Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
