Martha Rivera is the current VP of Digital Services at Intcomex. Prior to their current position, they served as the Head of Ecommerce at Samsung Electronics America from June 2016 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for amplifying Samsung's online sales through enhanced cooperation with divisions, key partners, and guaranteed user experience across digital touchpoints. Martha also oversaw the day-to-day business relating to ecommerce, with full responsibility for operations and sales.
During their time at Samsung, Martha was responsible for leading the company's partnership with cross-functional stakeholders in order to influence and drive the business forward. Martha also ideated and implemented long-term growth plans for retailer.com, distributors, and marketplace sites. In addition, they oversaw operational excellence and user experience activities, as well as digital marketing initiatives.
Before their time at Samsung, Martha served in various other roles in the tech industry. Martha has a wealth of experience in digital services and is a respected leader in their field.
Martha Rivera has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad Externado de Colombia and a Master's Degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Fundación Universidad de Bogotá 'JorgeTadeo Lozano'.
