Karlina Sadre

Karlina Sadre is a Learning Strategy and HR Consultant with a DipWSET, combining a passion for wines with expertise in enhancing learning experiences through innovative digital education methods. They currently serve as the Founder & Learning Consultant at Cultiv8 Learning, focusing on meaningful and effective organizational learning. Previously, they held various roles including Public Relations Manager at Theatre Observatory and Chief Operating Officer at BranchTrack, where they developed operational policies and led change management initiatives. Karlina also manages the “Experience AI” project at the Latvian Safer Internet Centre, implementing a training program in schools.
