Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at ECFMG, they design and lead initiatives in quality improvement and business transformation, while focusing on optimizing processes and coaching high-potential leaders. Jennifer has previously held roles such as Director of Quality Improvement and Senior Manager of Credentials Services, where they significantly enhanced operational efficiency and employee development. They earned a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Organizational Leadership from Drexel University, graduating summa cum laude.
