Intebix is licensed by the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC) under AFSA licenses AFSA-G-LA-2022-0004 and AFSA-G-LA-2022-0003, and is regulated by the National Bank of Kazakhstan, participating in its regulatory sandbox. The exchange operates in compliance with local regulations and international standards, and is also licensed in Australia and the European Union.
