Sofie Thisted is an experienced environmental engineer with a strong background in environmental consulting and project management. Currently serving as Fagansvarlig Miljø at INTEC since January 2023, Thisted previously worked as a Sivilingeniør at AFRY from January 2019 to December 2022 and ÅF Engineering from January 2016 to December 2018, focusing on environmental and energy advisory roles. Thisted also contributed to waste management research during a project at Avfall Sverige in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Civilingenjörsexamen in Ecosystem Engineering with a specialization in energy systems from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, and a Naturvetenskap degree from Polhemsgymnasiet, Göteborg.
