Colin Smith

Colin Smith is an experienced Project Manager with a career spanning over a decade in the construction industry. Currently serving as Project Manager at INTECH Construction since February 2025, Colin has previously held Project Manager positions at Target Building Construction, Inc. and P. Agnes Inc., as well as roles as Construction Manager at Urban Outfitters and Project Manager at Blue Rock Construction, Inc. Earlier in their career, Colin worked as Assistant Project Manager at both Consigli Construction and Shawmut Design and Construction. Colin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Design & Construction Technology from Penn State University and has further education from Villanova University.
