Yousaf K. is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Lead Human Resources for the Middle East and CIS departments at INTECH Process Automation since March 2012, where responsibilities include managing HR operations, recruitment, and employee training and development. Prior to this role, Yousaf held positions as an HR Executive and Management Trainee at Descon Engineering, as well as internships in HR at Boss Moulded Furniture and Roshni Homes, contributing to recruitment processes and employee orientation. Yousaf holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Management & Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) from GIFT University.
