Ryan Evans

Ryan Evans has extensive experience in application management and customer support, currently serving as the Team Leader for Application Management Services at Intecrowd LLC, focusing on Workday Client Support and Learning Architect functions since August 2018. Prior to this role, Mr. Evans worked as an AMS Workday Consultant for Workday Learning deployments and held various positions, including Learning Management System Administrator for Johnson Controls, Customer Support Specialist at RWD Technologies, and Technical Support for BellSouth Telecommunications. Mr. Evans began a career in customer relations as Assistant Customer Service Manager II for BellSouth Mobility and also worked as an On-Air Country Radio Personality at Clear Channel Communications. Mr. Evans holds degrees in Information Technology from IT Micronet and Broadcasting from American Career Institute.
