Stefano Barsotti

Stefano Barsotti is the Aerospace Line of Business Manager at Intecs, where they ensure the profitability of the Space Division by fostering client collaborations and maintaining project results. Previously, they managed a team of 60 consultants at Altran, focusing on profitability, talent selection, and career development while also serving as a consultant and procurement manager for optical systems in space applications. With a PhD in Physics, Barsotti has also contributed to the design of optical payload architectures and possesses two international patents from their tenure as a Senior Optical Designer at Datalogic. Additionally, they serve as a communication trainer, emphasizing the importance of effective language use.
