Ron Jaworski

Ron Jaworski is an experienced engineer with a robust background in integrated circuit design, particularly in optical communications, data centers, and mixed-signal systems. Currently serving as Vice President of Design Engineering at Integense Micro since April 2022, Ron previously held various leadership roles at Maxim Integrated from February 1999 to December 2021, including Managing Director and Executive Director, overseeing multiple domains such as cloud technology and broadband solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Cadence Design Systems, RadioCom Corporation, Biotronik, and Guidant, focusing on analog, RF, and mixed-signal IC design, especially for medical devices. Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
