Atul Saran

Atul Saran is a biotechnology executive and board member with over 20 years of leadership experience. Currently, they serve as the CEO of IntegerBio, where they focus on developing immunological therapeutics for virology indications. Previously, Atul held several C-level positions at Emergent BioSolutions, including Chief Strategy and Development Officer, where they managed a 400-person R&D business and successfully led multiple acquisitions and strategic divestitures. Their past roles also include senior positions at MedImmune and legal expertise as an Associate Attorney at Hogan & Hartson LLP. Atul holds an MBA from MIT, a JD summa cum laude from the University of Illinois College of Law, and a BS in Biological Sciences from Stanford University.
