David Lam

David Lam is a Visiting Fellow at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, where they research crypto policies in Southeast Asia. They also serve as an Expert Consultant at Integra FEC, focusing on crypto and blockchain technologies. Previously, they were the Managing Director at Integra, providing forensic data analytics and expert testimony to government agencies on various financial crimes. Earlier in their career, David held roles at McKinsey & Company and led strategic initiatives as Chief Strategy Officer at Mightycause. David graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard University.
