Integra Property Services was established in May 2003, providing a range of training, consultancy and professional services to the residential property industry. 

The business is led by Michael Day, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) and Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA). Michael also holds an MBA from Reading University.

Michael has over 45 years residential property experience, including operating at Director level in some of the UKs most successful property businesses and holding senior posts within the various professional bodies.

Integra Property Services hold 3 ESTA awards, a Supplier of the Year (professional services category) Bronze Award at the Negotiator awards 2021 as well as being voted Exceptional for six consecutive years in the EA Masters Supplier of the Year Awards and winning Bronze Awards in 2018, 2019 and 2023.

Integra also won a #SmartSocial award on Twitter in 2013 for best use of social media in business.

Integra boast an impressive client list of over 1300 clients including major estate agency groups, independent estate agency businesses, law firms, new homes developers, professional bodies, charities, training organisations, marketing and IT companies.
