Haley Self is a communications strategist and change leader with a strong foundation in storytelling from their background in theatre and film. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Strategy at Integral, Haley leads large-scale communications initiatives for Fortune 500 and nonprofit organizations, partnering closely with senior leadership to drive engagement and organizational transformation. They have previously held roles in account management and social media strategy, where they developed impactful content and enhanced client relationships. In addition to their agency work, Haley serves as Vice Chair of IPR NEXT, mentoring emerging communications leaders and contributing to the growth of the field. Haley holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Theatre History and Communication from Marymount Manhattan College.
