Paul Spillman

Paul Spillman has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Paul started their career as a Junior FX trader at BANK Austria Credit Anstalt in 1996 and worked there until 1999. Paul then moved on to Carr Futures, where they worked as an FX trader from 2000 to 2004. After that, they joined Newedge as a Director of Foreign Exchange and worked there for nine years.

In 2013, Paul joined Marex Spectron as an SVP FX sales before moving to Gain GTX in 2014 as a Director. Paul then worked at TJM Investments, LLC as the Head of Fx execution from 2016 to 2017.

From 2017 to 2019, Paul worked at Barclays Wealth Management as an FX/Wealth Management contractor. Paul then joined ITI Capital in 2019 as an FX Sales and Product Development manager. After leaving ITI Capital in 2019, they joined TradAir in 2020 as the European Head of Sales.

Paul's most recent position is as the Director of Sales at Integral Development Corp., where they started in 2022. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in various roles within the financial industry, specifically in foreign exchange trading and sales.
