Charu DeWitt

Charu DeWitt has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Charu'smost recent role is as a Scientific Recruiter at Integral Molecular starting in April 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Family Focus Media as an Office Manager from August 2019 to April 2021, where they handled contract and invoice creation, content tracking, and expense reconciliation. From 2016 to 2020, they were an Educational Content Writer (Science) at Mometrix. Before that, from 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Primary Editor at Wallace Academic Editing. At Innovative BioTherapies, they held the position of Research Associate from 2010 to 2014, where they were responsible for planning and executing experiments and writing reports. Prior to that, they worked at Bausch & Lomb from 2005 to 2009, first as a Lab Coordinator and then as a Scientist in Preclinical Pharmacology. Charu started their career as a Graduate Student Researcher and later as a Researcher at the University of Pittsburgh, where they conducted research, wrote thesis papers, and presented findings at conferences.

Charu DeWitt has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Rochester, which was obtained from 1997 to 2001. Following this, Charu pursued a Master of Science degree in Bioengineering, with a focus on Thesis, at the University of Pittsburgh from 2002 to 2004.
