Syed Rafi joined the Integrass Team in June 2012 He has over a decade of experience in Recruitment field and manage the IT Staffing. He has over 10 years of experience through out expertise in the full life cycle recruitment process, bench sales recruitment and leads the on shore & off shore team.

He hold a Bachelor degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering in Anna University, Chennai.
