Joel Pipher

Joel Pipher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, strategy, and environmental planning. As the Head of Customer Success at integrate.ai since February 2020, Joel has held multiple leadership roles, including Business Lead to the CEO and Go-to-Market Director. Prior to this, Joel served as Senior Strategy Manager at TELUS Digital, where significant contributions were made to artificial intelligence and digital transformation initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as a Consultant and Environmental Planner at Golder Associates, focusing on critical environmental assessments, as well as roles in resource management and market research. Joel's educational background includes an MBA from Ivey Business School, a Master's in Resource Management from Simon Fraser University, and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of British Columbia.
