Steve Smith, FAIA, is the founder and CEO of New + Found and co-founder and CEO of Lawrence Group, which has evolved from an architecture practice into a comprehensive real estate service over the past 40 years. They have played a significant role in the development of historic renovations, including major projects like the Angad Arts Hotel and City Foundry STL, managing over $900 million in renovations. Steve earned a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Kansas and is currently recognized with an Honorary Fellowship from the University of Wolverhampton.
