Krista Hoffman

Krista (Caiazza) Hoffman is an accomplished professional in customer experience and success, holding the position of SVP, Customer Experience at Integrate. Previously, Krista served as an Advisor at Primary Venture Partners and as VP of Customer Experience at Manychat. With extensive experience at Chartbeat, Krista held the roles of VP Global Customer Success and Global Director of Customer Success. Earlier in their career, Krista worked at Sailthru, progressing from Regional Manager, Client Services, to Customer Success Director for the East region, and then to Senior Customer Success Director for the US East & EMEA. Krista earned a B.A. in Communications and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, following studies at Rowan University.
