Roopali Patil is the Human Resources Director - India at Integrate, bringing over a decade of experience in various HR functions including talent acquisition, HR operations, and change management. They have held leadership positions in organizations such as Shycocan Corporation and Sequel Logistics Pvt. Ltd., where they drove global HR initiatives and built high-performance teams. Previously, Roopali served as the Head of HR at Athene Technologies LLP, implementing performance management systems and enhancing employee programs. They completed an eMDP in Women in Leadership at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in 2026.
