Integrated Community Solutions (ICS), is a Private Non-Profit 501c3, headquartered in Brown County Wisconsin, dedicated to the administration of several Federal Human Service Programs.  ICS has been the primary sub-contractor for the Brown County Housing Authority for over 4 decades.  Additionally, ICS contracts with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) to service the counties of Manitowoc and Washington.
