Eric James

Eric James has a strong background in IT consulting and system administration. Eric has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career.

From 2007 to 2008, Eric worked as an IT Consultant at Newton Technology Services, where they provided technical support and assisted with hardware and software upgrades for clients.

From 2008 to 2010, they continued their work as an IT Consultant at Rosebud Technologies, where they initially worked part-time and later accepted a full-time position. Eric balanced the workload for other consultants and took on additional responsibilities.

Eric then joined Matrix Resources as an IT Consultant from 2010 to 2012. Eric was hired to salvage a failing client relationship and also assisted with help desk services, infrastructure support, and project implementation for two other large clients.

From 2012 to 2014, Eric worked at MCIC Vermont, Inc. as a Senior System Administrator. Eric started as a junior sysadmin and was responsible for everything from help desk to infrastructure administration.

In 2015, Eric joined World Learning as a System Administrator Team Lead. Eric was hired to overhaul multiple systems and was later promoted to a supervisory role, overseeing the IT infrastructure team at large. Eric was the sole sysadmin for four years, responsible for the organization's infrastructure at both their VT and DC sites.

Most recently, Eric James joined Integrated Computer Services, Inc. in 2022 as a Senior Systems Engineer and Project Manager.

Eric James attended Dominion Christian High School from 2000 to 2004. Eric then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems at Kennesaw State University from 2004 to 2009.
