Always considered the "Computer guy" according to his family, Jonathan turned his skills into a career when he joined ICS in 2019. Initially an intern from Lincoln Tech, Jonathan adapted to the fast pace ICS work environment, and is now one of the newest full time service tech. Whether in the office or onsite, Jonathan uses his IT and 4 years of retail management experience to make sure that the clients he helps are more than satisfied with his services. Jonathan graduated Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in Computer Network Support, and has his A+ certification.
