Tonya Smith

Tonya Smith has extensive experience in customer success and support, currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Integrated Computer Systems since April 2021, after holding the position of Customer Support Representative. Prior to this role, Tonya spent over three decades at Collin County Sheriff's Office, where responsibilities included Jail Case Coordinator, Records Manager, Pre-Trial Release Officer, and Records Clerk.
