Mark Mandrell

Chief Financial Officer at Integrated Control Systems

Mark Mandrell has held various roles in the finance industry since 1984. Mark began their career as a Sr. Systems Analyst at Raytheon in 1984, where they developed and implemented a cost effective electronic manufacturing project cost control and tracking system. Mark then moved to Sonatech, Inc. in 1986, where they were the Cost Control Manager, and focused on cost development, cost analysis, inventory control, and operational improvement. In 1992, they became the VP of Finance at Illgen Simulation Technologies, and in 1997 they were the Controller at Veeco Instruments, where they were responsible for the conversion of a private, cash-basis company into a public GAPP based company. In 2019, they became the Corporate Controller at Transphorm Inc., and currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer at Integrated-Control Systems Inc. since 2020.

Mark Mandrell received their BS in Business (Management Information Systems) from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo between 1980 and 1982. Mark then attended Stanford University in 1990, but did not receive a degree. In 1999, they earned their MBA in Finance from California Lutheran University, which they completed in 2002. Most recently, they obtained a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019.
