Jaemyn Kinney

Jaemyn Kinney is a Technical Support Manager for Australia at Integrated Control Technology, having transitioned from the role of Technical Support Specialist since May 2022. Prior to this, Jaemyn accrued significant experience at ARC Security, beginning as an Apprentice and rising to the position of Electronic Security Technician from December 2015 to May 2022. Jaemyn's expertise encompasses IT and IP systems, server configuration, and the deployment of Ubiquiti wireless equipment, as well as the installation and service of various alarm and access systems including Gallagher and Paxton, among others. Additionally, Jaemyn has extensive experience in the installation and service of CCTV systems featuring brands such as Avigilon, Dahua, and Hikvision. Jaemyn holds a Diploma in IT from Ames IT Academy, obtained in 2015.
