Matthew Trofa has over a decade of experience in technical sales and management, beginning with a role as a Technical Sales Consultant at Eclipse Security Systems from April 2011 to July 2021, where responsibilities included account management, lead generation, and solution-based selling. Matthew advanced to the position of Technical Sales Manager at Integrated Control Technology from March 2024 to February 2025, and held the roles of Regional Sales Manager and National Sales Manager in the same company.
